Harbour Constructors’ innovative dock system has several advantages over standard concrete float docks. Our docks are composed of concrete deck slab components held by structurally-treated glue-laminated beams and supported by foam-filled plastic floats. This combination provides the distinct advantage of containing all utilities between the individual slabs and the floats, which provides easy access, repair, and expansion. All electrical is accessed through utility boxes, but individual deck panels can easily be removed as needed.

HCC docks are designed to facilitate maintenance by eliminating the need for costly removal and re-installation of dock sections. Even in the case of significant damage such as broken walers, deck panel replacement, or damaged floats, HCC components can be disassembled and replaced in place, making repairs manageable and cost-effective.
